This famous japanese yarn - 100% tsumugi silk - is very beautiful and soft.
It is produced in Japan.
The yarn will be perfect for weaving (good as weft & warp) and knitting but can also be used for crocheting.
Please note that the picture shown does not reflect the actual size of the cones you receive as it varies with the quantity ordered (cone from the picture is 900g).
Also there might be some slight differences between the color/shade on the picture and the actual item. Colours may appear different depending on each screen's settings.
When you order per 100g more than one unit of an article at once, you will receive the whole quantity of each article on one cone unless you request otherwise.

Payments
Prices are indicated per 100/500/900 grams or exceptionnally per 10g/50g or per meter.
Our yarn is sold by weight, not by cones, so
when you order more than one unit of an article at once, you will receive the whole quantity of each article on one cone unless you request otherwise.
Please note that 900g cones from the "bargain" section can not be divided. We can send only the whole 900g cone.
The price for 4kg or wholesale items is already VAT free. If you are in Europe and do not have a VAT number, we will have to add 20% VAT to this price. The shipping for 4kg or wholesale items (if the free shipping code can not be used) should be calculated individually, there might be an extra charge.
Prices are indicated without Customs.
An invoiced order must be paid within 2 days. If not the articles will be put back for sale.
After 2 unpaid orders, we may stop taking into account client's orders.
Shipping from France
The packages are sent through Deutsche Post/DHL or La Poste depending on their weight.
We send the goods with a tracking number and we take all the necessary procedures with the post in charge ourselves.
WARNING: not all countries accept packages of more than 20kg!
For France and German customers delivery takes 2-5 days.
For EU customers delivery takes 3 to 10 days.
For other countries delivery may take from 2 to 4 weeks as it depends on customs (sometimes customs clearance may take up to 2 weeks).
Update 15/03/2020: due to the actual epidemic situation delivery time may be longer. For domestic orders it may take 1 extra week. For international orders it may take 2-3 weeks more.
IMPORTANT! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If the package was returned back to us due to the fact that the buyer didn't want to pay tax/duties, we will refund only the difference between the order amount minus all the charges that we had to pay to get the package back. And in case of free delivery we will also have to deduce from the order amount the delivery costs we paid.
Germany: orders for Germany are shipped once per week directly from Germany. Do not worry if your order is shipped later than the indicated date because it will arrive way before the estimated delivery dates. Usually german orders are delivered within 1-2 working days.
We ship german orders from Germany in order to offer the best shipping costs and also because of the faster delivery. So we ask you to be patient and do not worry if your order is shipped later than announced (we can not go to Germany each day because of the distance).
But in case of reclamations or bad reviews due only to the fact that the order took time to be shipped (while the estimated delivery dates were however respected) we reserve the right to cancel all the future orders and ship them only from France according to the french post tarifs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
As we cut the yarn on demand, cancelling is possible only before payment as it triggers the cutting of the yarn.
Return is possible only in case of mistake in the article delivered or of defect.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
A full refund will be done within 14 days after receiving back the item.
For non EU clients: please send the package as "goods return" without any value. If it is sent otherwise and we have to pay customs fees on the returned goods - these fees will be deducted from the refund.

It is shown only to give to the customers a visual guidance of the colours and the aspect of the yarns.
Even so the colour can appear differently on different computers due to various screen settings.
